User Types and Permissions

Full platform access. Manages users, journeys, content and reporting. Typically the L&D or HR lead.

Facilitator/Coach
Manages their assigned cohorts, marks assignments and tracks attendance at live sessions.

Manager
Visibility of their direct reports’ progress and completion data. Can run team-level reports.

Learner
Access to their own journeys, dashboard, history and the content catalogue.
